Method to predict the annual earthquake tendency in North China area with Suppor Vector Machines classification

Taking Earth rotation rate and strain release of the global over 7 earthquakes as predicting factors,a classification model of Support Vector Mathines to forecast earthquake intensity in North China area is established.As the accuracy of prediction is 0.93,it shows the method is useful.
