Collection,analysis and quantification of human factor data are important compositions of human reliability analysis(HRA) and probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) Various human factor databases have been set up,but there are comparatively little human factor data management systems which can be uesd for collection,classification,analysis,calculation and predication of the human factor data Therefore,the human factor data management system for Daya Bay NPP is developed,with the following three modules and four databases:original data modul,computing modul,introducted data modul,and basic database,other data source of the plant,external database and introducted database In this paper,the foundational problems about human factor data and the systemic structure and function are described The data structure in the database is also discussed,because it is of the most importance in the system
