Microstructure Design of X80 Pipeline Steel About Deformation Ability

Based on microstucture of original X80 pipeline steel,through different heat treatment processes,the equiaxial ferrite was employed as plastic phase to improve the plastic deformation ability.Effects of equiaxial ferrite content on strength,plastic and toughness of pipeline steel were analyzed.Results show that with the increase of equiaxial ferrite content,the tensile strength,yield strength and toughness of pipeline are decreased,while the uniform elongation is increased.
