XU Guoxing.Department of Neurosurgery, the Fifth Affiliated Hospital,Medical College,Jinan University,QingYuan511500
Objective To explore the way of operation choosed in the old patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 114 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage choosed separately three ways of operation:skull-flap craniotomy to clean hematoma and to decompress cranium by remove skull-flap,small-window in the skull craniotomy to clean hematoma, and draw blood and drain hematoma by drilling cranium, then put forward principle on choosing the way of operation. Results Treatment effective rate is 83.3% and death rate is 16.7% in the 114 cases. It is best to draw blood and drain hematoma. Conclusion Choosing the way of operation according to the personal condition of the old man suffering from cerebral hemorrhage. The minimally invasive operation is convenient.
