Study of information processing method based on FPGA

According to features of crossing-link polyethylene(XLPE) material information from CCD module,Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) is utilized to process data in order to improve the accuracy and speed of XLPE cable materials contaminant testing.The information which is converted by A/D converter is inputted to the FPGA,and then it is processed by threshold unit,comparator unit and data encapsulated unit.The contaminant information and its position information can be abstracted efficiently.The simulation results are given and the accuracy of the abstracted data is verified.
