Research on Photoelectric Properties of SnO_2 with Fe_2O_3 Reuniting the Nanometer Oxide Materials

Based on sol-gel method, we prepared nanosized SnO_2 with Fe_2O_3 reuniting the oxide materials and we studied the samples using XRD, UV absorption spectrum to proceeded and the token with analysis of the SPS and FISPS. The XRD result proved that the system has two kinds of materials of Nanometer of reuniting the oxide. Therefore, the UV elucidation absorbs to have the bigger variety with two kinds of oxides changes of reuniting the comparison. The FISPS discovers the SPS that reuniting the material respond to the strength with an increment for adding positive electricity field but increment, the biggest strength can increase 50 ~ 60 times, with an increment for adding negative electricity field dying down consumedly.
