The Solution about Career Decision-making Difficulties of University Students Under Economic Crisis

Under the economic crisis,The study investigated the students' ego identity crisis,coping styles,career decision-making difficulties and the relationships between them.We gave recommendations according to the results.The results showed that: the arts students experience more ego identity crisis,more career decision-making difficulties and greater use the self-blame,retreat,rationalization of the coping style than science students;students from country feel more career decision-making difficulties than students from city;In terms of career decision-making difficulties,the ego identity crisis,self-blame,fantasy,retreat,rationalization of the coping style had significant positive effect,problem-solving coping styles had significant negative effect;Ego Identity Crisis serves completely medium between Coping Styles and career decision-making difficulties.
