The Cause and Solution of the Uncertainty in Modern Human Resource Management

From the constant changes of personality hypothesis in the process of theoretical development,we can see that the instrumental constraint with regulations cannot realize the expected function in the case of human resource management.The subjects' personal variations,causing the possible uncertainty,should be considered.There are positive aspects of the uncertainty but there are more negative elements such as randomcity,otherness,unpredictability and so on,which affect the effective function of the management.Although we can get rid of the uncertainty we can analyze the cause and work out solutions to reduce the troubles in the practice.
