Influence of process parameters on tangential strain in tube spinning

XUE Ke min 1, LI Ping 1, LU Yan 1, KAWAI Kenichi 2 (1. School of Materials Science and Eingineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China; 2. Yokohama National University)  
Analyses the influence of parameters(reduction in thickness,feed,roller angle,blank thickness,material properties etc)on tangential strain distribution by elaso-plastic FEM.and suggests the way to control diametrical growth,a key factor that influences the inner diameter precision of sinning parts,and brings bigger errors to dimensions of spinning parts,and causes roundness and cylindericity error by metal tangential strain.
