Unidirectional overrunning clutch with dual-wedge-block lower pair

A new clutch is put forward—unidirectional overrunning clutch with dual-wedge-block lower pair.The structure and operational principle are explained;the calculating formulas of self-locking requirement,intensity and efficiency are established,which provides theoretic basis for the design of this clutch.The formulas are proved to be correct,and torsion of the clutch increased according to the experiment.The clutch has less wear,longer service life and better resistance to impact.
