ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCES OF REFRACTIVE INDEX-SHIFTED REGION ON TRANSMISSION PROPERTIES OF FBG

Mu Yanqiu Li Qianghua Liu Qun(Harbin Normal University)  
Using the analysis of substructures, the paper analyses the fiber Bragg gratings' transmission properties, which is that the refractive index takes place a tiny change in some region. At the same time, it also discusses the changeable relationship between transmission spectra and refractive index-shifted. The transmission spectra changes according to the change of refractive index's value, length of region and location.
