Study on Load Training on Physiological and Psychological Skill Effect of Different Levels of Women's Handball Athletes in China

By using literature,experimental measurement and questionnaire investigation,changes to the resulting from the training load of different grades of Women Handball Players in China the physiological and psychological skills are studied. The results show that: in the 10 week high load training,athletes 'physiological index of blood lactic acid is increased obviously,there are significant differences between different grades of athletes; the International Masters,increasing amplitude is higher than the average level of athletes,that of athletes is average level,first grade sportsman's increasing amplitude is lower than the average level. The athlete's mental state is changed by 10 weeks training,the attention and motivation are changing significantly,and the differences are also obvious.
