Research on maximal spacing between adjacent anti-slide piles

The downslide force before the anti-slide pile and that behind the anti-slide pile under the critical condition and the maximal load-sharing ratio between the pile and the soil are obtained by the carry-over factor method.The main factors influencing the load-sharing ratio between the pile and the soil are soil indexes and pile spacing,and the maximal spacing between piles can be obtained through setting up relation equations.The feasibility and rationality of this method are proved by a practical example and this method is compared with other methods.
