On legalization of morality and moralization of Law in traditional Chinese culture

DUAN Hongbo,CUI Huaqian(School of Humanities and Economics, Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,China)
The legalization of morality and moralization of law in traditional Chinese culture plays a dominant role in the formation and development of the feudal laws. They had great effects in every aspect on the traditional Chinese social standard system. In this new historical period, the ideas of rule of virtue and rule of law in our traditional culture should be critically caarried forward. The comprehensive innovations can be made on the basis of intergrating the rule of law with social realities under the conditions of socialistmarket economy. The relationship between the rule of virtue and rule of law should be correctly understood and handled.
