Present Situation of MTO/MTP Technology Development and Its Application Perspective

CHEN La-shan(China Wuhuan Chemical Engineering Corporation,Wuhan 430223 China)  
Author has introduced the process technology of low carbon olefin hydrocarbon and propylene(MTO/MTP) made of methanol;discussed the carbon base absorption rate and service life for MTO/MTP process catalyst from aspects of catalyst activity and selectivity;also introduced the developing process,process flow and present service situation for this process technology at home and abroad;analyzed the production service prospective of the olefin hydrocarbon made of methanol in China;indicated that after the catalyst having high absorption rate of olefin hydrocarbon and having strong capability against carbon deposition and anti-wearing capability has been developed,the industrialization of MTO/MTP catalysis reaction process would be possible to be realized.
