Problems to be Solved Urgently in Deep Reform in State-owned Enterprise

In the transition process from Plan economy to Market economy, to stand firmly and compete with international large companies under Market economy, state-owned enterprises must be deeply reformed. At present, the problems are still as such: management structure of legal persons, appointment and employment of business mangers and distribution systems reform. We must pay attention to the problems such as how to resolve these problems, rationalize various relations to keep state-owned enterprise developing constantly. Through analysis of the problems, presented the idea of deep reform approach.
