Energy-saving and Discharge-reducing Model of Chemical Fiber Industry Based on Comprehensive Unitization of Water and Heat in a Specified Zone

The model of comprehensive unitization of water and heat in a specified zone is introduced. It is a new model with water as carrier of both resources and energy aiming at energy saving,consume reducing,pollution decreasing and efficiency improving. It is a water-heat-energy comprehensive utilization network constructed in three levels of large-scale enterprise,industrial park and town,including industrial enterprise,shopping centre and office area,residential area,wastewater treatment plant,thermal power plant and water body. Jiangsu Hengli group Ltd. (Hengli Group) can realize zero discharge of wastewater in the company by using the water-heat-energy comprehensive utilization network with wastewater treatment plant and heat pump as cores. The recovered energy is about 9.4% of total energy annually consumed in Hengli Group,which can gain 48.20 million RMB per year. The thought of comprehensive unitization of water,heat and energy in a specified zone can offer a new energy-saving and discharge-decreasing model for industries.
