Microwave Extraction of Anthocyanins of Red Woodsorrel

Objective study the microwave method used for extraction of Red Woodsorrel anthocyanin Oxalis corymbosa to find more appropriate and effective ways.Method with the method of determining the absorbance of pink woodsorrel extract anthocyanin content of the indexes reflects the orthogonal experimental as its exploration target.observing and studying the best technology parameter of this method in the method of optimization of the optimal,and compared with the traditional process.Conclusion The best technology conditions are: pH=2 used 35% ethanol solution as extraction solvent,power 500W,time of extraction 50 s,solid-liquid ratio of 1 g∶40 ml,extraction for 2 times.Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,microwave method is efficient and safe,energy-saving and simple equipment,and so on.
