Bioleaching of soluble phosphate from phosphate rock with acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans mutated with microwave

Bioleaching of soluble phosphate from phosphate rock with acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans mutated with microwave under existing of pyrites was investigated.The results showed that the highest leaching rate of phosphate,12.25%,which was 52.74% higher than that of phosphate mutated with original acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,was obtained by leaching with acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans with higher oxidative activity mutated by microwave of 800W for 4 minutes.The oxidative activity and amount of producing acid of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans could be improved by microwave mutation,and the leaching rate of soluble phosphate from phosphate rock could be increased.
