Design of Portable Electric Energy Analyzer Based on CS5463

Aimed at the problems of electric energy analyzer currently used such as large volume,alternating current supply,high price,etc.,a kind of new portable electric energy analyzer with battery supply and low cost was designed which could meet the requests of oil field.In this analyzer,power balance degree measurement of pumping unit was proposed and used.The electric energy chip CS5463 and the master control chip STC89C58RD+ were used to build the system.The analyzer can analyze the alternating current,voltage virtual value,instantaneous value,active power,reactive power and power factor real-time.The experiments show that the design which has the advantages of low power consumption and energy management can meet the requests of fieldwork.
