The Application of the Psychology Contract to the Construction of the Faculty in Newly-established Universities

The psychological contract is a psychological agreement between the individual and the organization about responsibilities and obligations.Faced with multifarious difficulties of construction of the faculty,the newly-established universities should attach importance to psychological contract.According to the dynamic model about psychological contract formation process,the newly-established universities may construct and maintain a good psychology contract,through preceptorial recruitment,vocational management,organizational setup,system building,and other aspects of developing organizal culture.
