After adding additives NPE 10 to the washing water, the moisture content and
sodium chloride in sodium bicarbonate filter cakes are effectively decreased. The reduction of
moisture content in the filter cakes is 3 percent when the range of additives is 0.3￣0.4 kg/m 3
based on soda ash. The reduction of washing water equivalent is about 0.2 m 3/t on the
premise of ensuring the required content of sodium chloride in the filter cakes.
