The Advance of Synthetic Technology Study on the Sweetener Sucralos

The performance and synthetic methods of sucralos are introduced.The advance of study on synthetic method of sucralose are described.Technology of blocking alcohol group and chlorination on synthesized in to sucralose are summarized.
