Determination of p-Methylthiophenol by Gas Chromatography

Wu Junjing,Wu Guangli,Liu Guoxin (Hebei Chemical Industry Research Institute,Shijiazhuang City,050031)  
A method is described for the determination of p-methylthiophenol by gas chromatography with FID on 3% OV-225,using Dimehyl-O-phthalate as internal standard.The average recovery was 99.4%.The standard deviation was 0.30 and the coefficient of variation was 0.33%.
