The Discussion of Technology of Flavonoids Extracted from Callicarpa Cathayana H.T.Chang by Enzyme Method

Extracting flavonoids from the stems of Callicarpa cathayana H.T.Chang was adopted by combinative methods of enzymolysis and ethanol-extracting in this paper.The content of flavones in the stems of Callicarpa cathayana H.T.Chang was determined by spectrophotometry using chromogenic reaction of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH.Based on the experiment of single factor,the optimum extraction technology was established according to the L9(34) orthogonal design.The result showed that the order of factors influencing extracting flavonoids were as follows:enzymolysis temperaturethe concentration of enzymepH of extracting mediaenzymolysis time.The optimum extracting condition was adopting enzymolysis temperature of 50℃,the enzyme concentration of 0.3mg/ml,pH of 5.0,and enzymolysis time of 5h.At the optimum extracting condition,the yield was the highest(1.962%).
