An Analysis of Evolution Game of Adjustment Industrial Structure and Pollution Reduction

TIAN Yinhua;Institute of Innovative Development,Hunan University of Science and Technology;
The adjustment of industrial structure is the effective way to realize pollution reduction. The pape analyzes the structure adjustment of industries and industry government and pollution reduction behavior. The game results show that the strategy of the structure adjustment o industries is related with profit without the interference o government. However, in the context of governmen interference,the structure adjustment is determined by the degree of reward or punishment given by government. The local administration implements structure policy only when the revenue is larger than cost. The industries actively focus on pollution reduction only when the profit is larger than cost.
