The Development of Junior Faculty in Local Institutions of Higher Education

Local institutions of higher education offer the physical and meaningful field for the existence and development space of junior faculty.A series of systems and rules in the field determine the behavior development space for junior faculty,which are internalized into their value identity system,and externalized in their behavior characteristics.Such identity and adherence are coordinated with recognition of their situation and possession of resource.For the local institutions in the transition period,a set of rules should be established to satisfy the logic of academic organization operation and construct a system environment for regulatory competition.According to the nature and characteristics of academic profession,the appropriate approach and mode should be offered for junior faculty,system design and arrangement should also be supplied as well,to promote the healthy development of junior faculty.
