Damped vibration and transverse stresses of visco-elastic laminated plates

YANG Shao\|hong, WANG An\|wen(Dept. of Basic Courses, Naval Univ. of Engineering, Wuhan 430033, China)  
Applying the mixed layerwise plates theories, adopting quadratic functions for displacement and three\|order or four\|order functions for transverse stress in the shell\|thickness direction, the dynamics equations of visco\|elastic laminated plates are deduced, and the numerical solutions for simple\|support laminated plates are derived through Navier solutions. The predicted numerical results are in good agreement with the exact three\|dimensional elastic solutions. Moreover, the reasonable and harmonious transverse stresses in the plates can be computed.
