Optimization of damping structures with two\|layer viscoelastic materials

The dynamic properties of constrained damping structures with two\|layer viscoelastic materials are analyzed by the finite element model with two nodes and eight free degrees. The finite element model is proven because the calculated results are in agreement with the experimental results. On the basis of the finite element model, the effects of the geometrical and physical parameters of damping materials on damping properties of composite structures are studied.
