Modeling and simulation of compressor based on dual channel pseudo bond graph

The compressor system is complex and coupled among multi energy domains.According to these characteristics,a method for modeling and simulation of a centrifugal compressor based on bond graph theory is proposed.The heat-work conversion,heat transfer,mass migration and other energy interaction in the system are analyzed by standard method.The mathematical models of the main parts of the compressor are established in a graphical and modular way.The proposed model is simulated and the results are compared with the experimental data.The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the measured data.The model has high precision and can truly reflect the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the actual objects.Finally,the effect of different pressure chamber volumes on the amplitude and frequency of compressor outlet pressure is analyzed.
