Particle Swarm Optimization and its Application in Unlimited Resource Leveling of Network Plan

Particle swarm optimization and its application in unlimited resource leveling of network plan were introduced in this paper. The basic principal of PSO and optimization target and mathematic models of unlimited resource leveling for network plan were given first, then the arithmetic flow and program realization of PSO and its application on network plan were described in detail. The result proved that PSO was a better optimization method which could be used to optimize unlimited resource leveling problem of network plan.
