Research on Cooperative Guidance for Multi-Missiles Based on Bi-Arcs

The impact time and the impact angle control laws are employed to carry out a salvo attack for anti-ship missiles against CIWS(close-in weapon system).A new cooperative guidance based on bi-arcs to control impact time and impact angle for multi-missiles was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the missile was guided to the expected impact angle by bi-arcs,and the time-to-go was estimated according to the range-to-go.Secondly,the accelerations and time periods for missile maneuver along specifically designed circular arcs were determined according to the impact time error which was then compensated by the determined maneuver.Finally,the missile was guided to impact the target by the designed guidance laws.
