THE RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF STRUCTURES OF ECO-CHLOROPHENOLS ON THE MUTAGENICITY OF 1-NP USING QSAR

The single and joint mutagenicities of 1-NP and chlorophenols were studied. Results showed that chlorophenols are low-mutagenicities ( + ) except 2, 3-DCP and 2,3, 5-TCP ( - ), all the chlorophenols inhibit the mutagenicity of 1-NP to some degree. Using QSAR analysis, good linear relationship were found between joint mutagenicities and molecular parameters of chlorophenols. The experimental and predicted values from the QSAR equations are agreeable to experimental ones.
