THE APPLICATIONS OF BIOLOGICAL METHODS TO DETECT AND EVALUATE ENVIRONMENTAL ENDOCRINE DISRUPTORS

Environmental endocrine disrupters(EEDs)is one of the hottest issues investigated in environmental sciences in the recent years. EEDs not only do potential harm to human beings and animals themselves, but also to their decedents because of the negative effects to the reproductive system. Therefore, the detection and evaluation of EEDs are of great importance. This review aims to introduce the biological methods which screen and evaluate EEDs from body, tissue, cellular and molecular levels.
