ENANTIOMERIC SEPARATION OF TRIADIMENOL ON A CHIRALPAK AS-H COLUMN

Triadimenol enantiomers weresuccessfully separated on a Chiralpak AS-H column using high performance liquid chromatography. And the four enantiomers of triadimenolwere discernedby an online polarimeter and GC-MS analysis,showing that the first to fourth elutes were corresponding to (+)-triadimenol A,(-)-triadimenolA,(+)-triadimenol B,and (-)-triadimenol B,respectively.Furthermore,the influence ofmodifier isopropanol amountinthe mobile phase onenantiomers separation were evaluated. When increased the concentration of isopropanol in range of 0—10%,the resolutionsbetween (+)-triadimenol A and (-)-triadimenol A,and the (-)-triadimenol A and (+)-triadimenolB decreased,whilethe resolution for(+)-triadimenol B and (-)-triadimenolB increased.
