Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide in Surface Water by GC/MS with Small Volume Liquid-liquid Extraction

Organophosphorus pesticides in surface water were determinated by GC/MS with a small volume liquid-liquid extraction(SVLLE).The method used 1.2 mL n-hexane as extraction solution,triphenyl phosphate as internal standard,and preconcentration factors of8 compounds of the pesticides between 156 and 436.Results showed good linearity of method was obtained range from 1.00 μg/L to 20.0 μg/L;detection limits of8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were 0.2 μg/L;RSDs of parallel samples were between 2.1% and 9.7%;average spiked recoveries were between 86.0% and 110%.
