ADVANCE ON TOXICITY AND DISPOSAL MEASURES OF COOKING OIL FUME DISCHARGED FROM THE RESTAURANT

The cooking oil fume pollution becomes more and more serious with the fast devolopment of the resturant business in China. The research results of toxicity show that the pollutants in the cooking oil fame can do harm to people's health in some ways. The forms and compositions of the fume makes it difficult to dispose. Though some research on disposal teconolgy of the fume have been done at home and abroad, pratical and efficent teconology is still needed in China.
