Study on Relationship among Airborne Dirt,Raising Sand, Sand Storm and Dustfall in Hotan

A brief account on the causes and the mechanism of formation of raising sand,sand storm,strong wind,airborne dirt and the quantity of dustfall is given,the relationship among them analyzed,and the changes of quantity of dustfall in time and space explored through the field investigation,location test and physical and chemical analysis.The results illustrate that the dustfall in Hotan is influenced by days and intensities of airborne dirt,raising sand and sand storm and has important effect on the soil.
