Mutation Effect of Alkyl-hydroxybenzene

The mutation toxicity of the environmental potential endocrine disturbances Alkyl\|hydroxybenzenes has been investigated with Ames test by using the TA97,TA98,TA100 and TA102.The result shows that,except the 2,4-dichlorphenol,the test chemicals such as dimethylphenol,p\|ethylphenol,4\|octanylphenol,nonylphenol,and some chlorophenols have positive responses on the TA98,and the main type of gene mutation is base\|pair frame\|shift.
