Preliminary study on mechanical performance of PCTFE products

Tests and analysis were conducted for study on relation between crystallinity and mechanical properties of PCTFE specimens.The dependence relation of mechanical property of the suppressed products on the processing and crystallinity of the material were primarily established. Test results show that the mechanical properties of the PCTFE specimens can not directly reflect mechanical properties of the product.Changing of the crystallinity through proper processing approach and parameters selection can improve the mechanical properties of the suppressed product and stable quality be obtained.
