Unscheduled DNA Synthesis Induced in Human Amnion Cell FL by Variously-sized Atmospheric Particles

Using the unscheduled DNA Synthesis (UDS) in human amnion cell FL, we observed the mutagenicity of variously-sized atmospheric particles.The result demonstrated that. the extract of variously-sized atmospheric particles have genetic toxicity, especially the particles less than 3.3μm having higher genetic toxicity.
