Finite Element Analysis and Experimental Research for Optimization Scheme of Thin-walled Clamping Location

To reduce the maximum elastic deformation of the workpiece clamping as the goal and a typical class of casing thinwalled milling fixture layout model was established by using three-dimensional nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis method. The deformation of thin-walled workpiece under the different clamping position in the process of milling process was simulated and analyzed. The final optimized deformation scheme is obtained. The correctness of the finite element simulation is verified by experiment.
