Study of Surface Roughness and Cutting Parameter Optimization in High Speed Milling GH4169 with coated Carbide Tool

In order to solve the problems of poor surface machined quality and low removal rate of difficult-to-machine nickel base superalloys GH4169, the orthogonal experiment was processed to obtain the surface roughness data of superalloy GH4169 with a developed PVD-TiAlN coated carbide tool. The experience formula between the surface roughness and cutting parameters was built by multiple linear regression method. The change rules of surface roughness caused by cutting parameters were analyzed.
