Two-way cultural introduction in college English teaching

ZOU Min(School of Humanities and Economics,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,China)  
In the light of the basic theories on language acquisition and teaching methodology,the paper states the necessary and contents of culture teaching in ELT in China,it poses the strategies to achieve this objectives from the point of micro and macro.This article also introduces the relation between culture and ELT,indicating the necessary of target and native culture teaching in ELT in China in order to cultivate students' cross-culture communicative competence.
