Research on the Internet/Intranet-Based Human Resource Management System

In the information system of enterprise,human resource information system is the important component. Although the operating and managing structure of enterprises has been changed, the old human resource management system is outofdate.According to the further development of enterprises,the corresponding system is necessary not only to plan,design,use and manage the human resource,but also to provide enterprises with a basis of decision making and increase the competing strength. 
