AN ICT BASED PRODUCT MODEL 3D RECONSTRUCTION METHOD

Xie Hong, Zhang Shusheng, Zhang Dinghua, Yang Pengji (CAD/CAM Research Center, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi′an, 710072)  
ICT based CAD modeling technique is a new modeling method in reverse engineering domain. Three dimension reconstruction is a key process of it. This paper presents a 3D reconstruction method for products with machined surfaces, and gives an example of reconstruction result.
