Influences of job pressure and job satisfactory to nursing care

Nursing services could be influenced by job pressure and job satisfactory. The higher the job pressure or the lower the job satisfactory is, the lower the working efficiency and the quality of nursing care are. Therefore, decreasing the nurses' job pressure, improving the nurses' job satisfactory, carrying out psychological consults for nurses and encouraging nurses to study psychology and take part in psychological tutorship are all problems with great importance.
