(Results Compared) with the two groups, there were no difference in the scores of BPRS,SDSS,ITAQ and therapy compliance ((P0.05)) when the patients were recruited. While at the end of follow-up,the scores of BPRS and SDSS in the observed group were significantly lower (P0.05 or P0.01) and the scores of ITAQ and therapy compliance were higher (P0.05 or P0.01) than that of control group. Also, the rate of cure and the score of patients’ knowledge about mental health in the observed group were significantly higher and the rate of recurrence and rate of disability were lower than that of control group (P0.05 or P0.01).(Conclusions The) cognition insight therapy could not only improve the patients’ psychiatric symptoms and social function, but promote the patients’ insight level, therapy compliance and prognosis.
