Study on the validity of the job performance appraisal scale for nurses in hospital

Objective To develop the job performance appraisal scale for hospital,which is consistent with modern organizational behaviours and the theories regarding human resource management.Methods Based on the 7 domains of exploratory factor analysis (EFA),a close-ended questionnaire was used and 162 cases of questionnaires were collected.The confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) was adopted to test the model.Results 2goodness-of-fit test(CMIN/DF) equaled to 2.630,while normed fit index(NFI),relative fit index(RFI),incremental fit index(IFI),comparative fit index(CFI) were near to or more than 0.90,which all met the demands of factor analysis.Conclusion The scale of nurse job performance was proved to have high validity.It is stable and credible.
