The Design of Capacitance Crude Oil Moisture Sensor

To minimize influence on measurement of crude oil moisture by water mineralization deg gree, enhance the accuracy of measurement of crude oil moisture with high moisture content and overcome the influence on measurement of capacitance in the system of measurement of crude oil moisture by stray capacitance effectively, analyzing of the influence on measurement of crude oil moisture by water mineralization degree and the sensitivity of measurement with high moisture content, this paper designs a new structure of capacitor sensor, and puts forward the measurement of capacitor based on the transmission of charge. The system can overcome the influence by water mineralization degree and stray capacitance effectively, so the accuracy of the measurement of crude oil moisture is very high.
